New shipment- we will be receiving a bunch of new devices this summer. Once a shipment comes in let Jeremy know, and ask him what he wants you to do with it. Most of the time he will have you take care of it.

  • Take the boxes to the other room with all the stuff.

  • Open them and be careful taking them out

  • Count to make sure all the devices are there and tell Jeremy

  • Break down the box (cut all the tape and fold them up)

    • Put the boxes in recycling (it is not the custodians job to clean up after us)

      • Jeremy is picky about that

  •  Ask anyone in the tech office to make a new folder for the devices in Destiny

  • Put barcodes on the device and add them to Destiny

    • Catalog> resource search> computers> whatever type of device it is> the new folder> add item
