You got a new phone. Now your authenticator app is not working, here are the steps to sync your new device.
Step 1. Download the authenticator app on your new phone
step 2. Go to two-step-verification. You might be asked to sign in using your PCA google credentials.
-> Enter credentials if prompted. Once you are logged in, you should land at a webpage similar to this
-> Click on change phone
-> You will have a prompt that will let you select either an android phone or apple/ select whichever applies to your new phone.
-> Next, follow the steps in the prompt to scan the Barcode from your new phone to the authenticator app
-If you already have the app installed in the new phone, hit the plus sign at the bottom right-hand corner of your phone to scan the QR code.
